I am Bui Phi Yen – currently a manager of middle-level managers at a technology company, with over 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Project Management and Business Development.
I have completed the Transformation Coaching program at Vietnam Coaching Institute (VCI) – meeting international ICF standards, and am on the journey to become an ICF Certified Coach (ACC).
Coaching is not simply "consulting" or "giving advice", but a space where you can:
🧭 This is a 1-1 online coaching series (45-60 minutes) that I am conducting with the spirit of serving the community of entrepreneurs, leaders, and managers – those who carry many responsibilities but have little space to "pause" and look deeply into themselves.
💬 This coaching session currently has no fixed fee, but it is not free in terms of value. I believe that when you feel the conversation has truly created transformation, you will know how to appreciate it.

This is a limited practice series during the time I am preparing to complete my ACC certification from ICF. In the near future, coaching services will be converted to a paid format according to international standards.
